Shipping policy
Last updated: September 25, 2026
Thank you for shopping with Milanya.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. After processing time, packages are usually shipped within 3-12 days.
Processing time is separate from the carrier's shipping/transit time.
During launches, holidays, sales, or periods of unusually high order volume, processing may take longer.
Shipping Rates
Available shipping methods and applicable charges will be displayed during checkout before your purchase is completed.
Estimated Delivery
Once your order has been processed, estimated transit times depend on the shipping method, carrier, and destination selected at checkout.
Delivery dates provided by carriers are estimates and may be affected by weather, carrier disruptions, holidays, or other circumstances outside Milanya's reasonable control.
Tracking
When tracking is available, you will receive tracking information after your order ships.
Please allow time for the carrier's tracking system to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.
Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address.
If you notice an error, contact milanyashop@gmail.com as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered fulfillment.
Additional shipping charges may apply if an order must be reshipped because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or appears to have been lost in transit, contact milanyashop@gmail.com with your order information so we can investigate.
Shipping Delays
If Milanya cannot ship an order within the promised timeframe, we will provide the options required under applicable law.
For U.S. orders, FTC rules generally require sellers experiencing qualifying shipping delays to give customers the opportunity to agree to the delay or cancel and receive a prompt refund.
International Orders
International customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, brokerage charges, or other fees imposed by their destination country.
